My office is dedicated to the practice of real estate law. Since 1985 I have represented buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in the purchase, sale, refinancing and leasing of single and multifamily homes and condominiums, new construction and old, vacant land, commercial and industrial buildings, and 1031 like-kind exchanges. For clients ranging from developers to couples or singles seeking a first home, I will discuss your requirements and negotiate an agreement that best reflects your preferences and protects your interests. I will help you navigate the complexities of Realtor agreements, lender requirements, title insurance, liability insurance and we will help you prepare your transaction for closing in a prompt and professional matter.

I will also personally preside over your closing.

In addition to representing individual buyers and sellers, I represent developers in the creation of condominium documents, and subdivision homeowner’s associations, providing counsel on projects from planning through completion.

I am an agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company, Land America, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title. I provide clients with title services, including title searches and title insurance, expert advice on title matters concerning neighborhood associations, subdivision creation and other zoning matters. I have also been called upon to testify as an expertwitness in the Superior Court in litigation involving questions of real estate title.
