I am an agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company, Land America, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title. I provide clients with title services, including title searches and title insurance, expert advice on title matters concerning neighborhood associations, subdivision creation and other zoning matters. I have also been called upon to testify as an expert witness in the Superior Court in litigation involving questions of real estate title.
